Jobs Are For Sale

We live in a country of 1.2 billion, the second highest population in the world. But we placed our self first in highest number of engineering graduates producing every year.Talking about "Mechanical Engineering", the so called  mother of engineering, the ever green branch ...bla bla bla ....arrghhh !!! Come to the real world. If you are not from any of the IITs, if u couldn't cleared the GATE exam with an astounding score you may not be eligible for any good core company in India, but every company needs experience or reference, I want to crush the f*cking H.R's head at that time when they ask for experience. From where the hell I would get experience when everybody is asking for the same ? And reference, You need a good jack to get a job in the company.Now go research on your relatives' job profiles. If anybody wants to approach the H.R directly, even the security guard at the office gate will not let you enter after listen the word 'direct approach'. My friend had faced such an incident, He got an address of a mechanical company in Gurgaon from a consultancy company based in Noida, They just demanded 25K for a job of a Quality Engineer of 12k/Month Salary . Yeah! it is a very fair deal if you are getting a job in a core mechanical company with in this price. Initially they thought if they directly go to the company they may save quarter of a lac, When they ask the security guard in the entrance that they are looking for the H.R as the company has vacancies. The guard asked them "from which consultancy" , unfortunately they used the word smartly "we came directly". Guard said "come later, the H.R is not in the office right now". You can imagine that,  from the security guard to the H.R, everybody is sold. Some good companies have higher bribe rates. Renowned automobile companies bribe rates varies from 70K to 1.5 lac, and if  you want job in PSUs then u have to invest much more 5-8 lac . "(*Bribe rates may rise without any prior notification )". I got the overall idea of the bribe rates investigating through the system and approaching some trusted sources. Actually that's how our country is running. When you are giving bribe in your most needy time for the job, automatically it comes to your mind while helping another person to get a job in your  company to put a price tag on your help. So how can we blame them who are taking bribe to get you a job. You gonna do the same when you'll reach there. 

So the key elements you needed to get a good job with a handsome salary in Mechanical is 

# If you are passed out from any IIT.

#If you had cleared GATE with a eye-catching score.

#Perhaps Merchant Navy is still open for Graduate Mechanical Engineers with a very handsome salary but you know the terms and conditions. 

#Or f*ck mechanical , Take admission in MBA or go to other sector.

U KNOW.....I LOVE TO B THE SAME GUY

My life has gone through many ups and downs, I see people how they change with time and need. That's natural, but don't know why I can't accept it.I think one should always be the same guy to his close ones atleast to them who love him most. I also tried to change my self but later I found that I am losing my existence. There should be one in everybody's life who knows you better than you, who cares for you, who cries for you, I know everybody have parents for those duties, But think beyond them, coz you can't share everything to your parents, though you can but few things are there that your parent don't know and you never let your parent know. I stay very far from my parents, I really miss them, that's why I need very close and good friends who can understand me, and know the things what I don't say.But its very very hard to find such friends at this time when everybody is mature.But I am lucky I had one also unlucky I lost that one.School life is our golden time and really have some golden friends.
I really got surprised when I am not well or frustrated and I pretend to be very cool but my mom catches my mind everytime just only on phone, but I try my best not to let her know.
Beside all that sometimes you think that you need to change yourself for the world, for you existence, but sometime we forget that what is our existence. Change is not everything,I learnt, If you need change, change the environment you live. Love your self. Don't let people to use you.

Being a student of Mechanical Love is not Easy !!

Being a student of mechanical, the toughest thing is to approach a stranger girl with whom u fell something special.
No offense, Mechanical engg. students are most bold, rude,  rough, tough, unromantic human beings (exceptions are everywhere). talking with an unknown girl doesn't crumble us, until it's not about love. When u just seen a girl and just want to be with her, just want to hold her hand, just want to hug her when you are low, when you are ready to live the rest of the life with that girl, then it turns into a storm in the Sun, As a mechanical Engg. student, we r not living in surroundings of girls, girls are alien to us and we are aliens to girls. When somehow how you manage to talk with a girl and after u introduce your self that you are pursuing mech. engg. later on that girl won't meet u again or will avoid you every time. I asked few girls who are close to me, why girls don't like us? I got same answer from all of them, in one word "Mechanical guys r ruthless' . Really I can't say they are wrong. It has it own reasons, This 4 years of B.tech is life's turning point and in this time a boy turns into a Man, and in this time we live without company of any girl , so we never feel that we need to show our emotions to someone. whatever emotions we had before we already had dig 6 feet down. Why we talk rude ? The reason behind this, all day living among guys. Teachers r also became engineer like us. So, we never thought about modesty in our way of talking, coz no girl is listening to us. That's why girls always run away from us. If we take the cases of other branches like CSE, ECE they even don't feel complexity with girls, they fall love with their classmate or any friend. So nothing very serious or not a very big obstacle need to be broken. Its always the same boring love story type thing.
So I was talking about what would a mech. guy do if he really fell love with a stranger girl . First of all he tries to make himself realize that, that girl is not his type of girl, she must deserve any better than him or 'Kaha wo Hur ki pari aur kaha ye Gadha'. But when all that confessions stops work, then he realize that he must talk with that girl. Later on he assumes a lot of things. Coz Mech guys need to assume a lots of Eddie forces in most of the subjects, If the girl denies , if the girl has a boyfriend,  If doesn't want to come in a relationship, if she doesn't like him, a millions of thoughts comes into mind. And all those thoughts apply a opposite force which raise a fear in his mind to talk with that girl. He started roaming around her, started noticing her, he collects every information about that girl. Make himself sure, is there any thing which is not favorable to him ? He feels jealous when somebody else notice her or follow her, even sometime he could beat any other guy who tries to flirt with her. Even he feels jealous of her friends who talks with her very closely. After wasting so many times to see her profile pic in facebook he discover new facts about her, he tries to search connection with anybody in her friend-list, but it can be worse when her friend -list is hidden, The cursor roam around over the 'send her friend request' button but still don't have the guts to send her a friend request. He thinks every possibility to just get into her notice. The only fear hidden in his mind is 'If she denies?' .
Sometimes the whole process gone so long and finally he started talk with that girl and his heart breaks into fragments when he comes to know that somebody proposed her recently and she has gone into relation with that guy. And he still wonder when all that happened coz everytime he was stalking over her. And he thought if he would send her a friend request, if he would talk with her in first chance, if he would propose her at the very beginning.
Ultimately he again become the regular customer of Raj Cigarette shop and Desi Theka near by the college campus. And Love become a "Kutti chiz" for him until he find someone better. 

ITS HARD TO STAY LONELY

What rubbish !!! continuous three days of holiday after a long time and I just wasted my holidays staying in the hostel only.My room mates Joy and Kaushal went to IIT Kanpur to attend the techfest,Aditya went to Delhi,but I, the busy without work person has sucked up by seating with the laptop and watching movies in the hostel.I just feeling frustrated and very lonely coz my all friends in hostel went to home or somewhere else on this three days of vacation.I got a offer to go Himachal to experience the snowfall but I refused that offer also.My mind is working in a dual character.I am thinking that I have to save money this month coz I have to invest money somewhere for business purpose as well as I am thinking sometime people should spend time with their soul only,which is impossible in a 4 seater hostel room,Now I get the chance, so I should use it. But I am not made to live single.I am totally a social animal,I love people,I love my fellas,I love my parents, those same boring lines.......but really to stay lonely its not easy.I know there will be a lot of change on my character if I start to stay alone.It will go only in a negative way.I feel I changed a lot till now.Its because of the people here.People here are more selfish,might be only with me,coz I am a outsider to them,but they are also outsider for me,but I still think to go along with all,which is not possible,now I learnt.....bla bla blaa...

okay okay I am going far from my title.

Yeah.....its life,what everybody says......."you came alone and you will go alone" so why all relations,why all bonds,why all affections ???
the reason behind it that we dont want to die, we want to live forever in the heart of the people to whom we get in touch in our lifetime.As strong the bond,as long we live.
Love only leads you to this immortality,
loneliness is a curse. You are alone because either you hate people or people hates you.
I guess I wrote enough....coz still now I am alone in my room and I am not feeling well.......
